To address three common industry challenges — high noiselarge footprint, and strong heat island effect — Taybo has launched an innovative ultra-quiet commercial and industrial liquid-cooled energy storage system, guided by the design principle of “always starting from market demand.”


一、工作原理 Working Principle

液冷机组中的压缩机将制冷剂气体压缩成高温高压蒸汽,流到冷凝器中散热,散热风扇采用高静压离心风扇,通过布置在柜体壁面的散热风道,将热量导到外界环境。冷却后的制冷剂液体经过节流降温流入到板换吸热,板换中的冷却液降温后,通过水泵输送到电池包内却电芯,形成循环。

In the liquid cooling unit, the compressor pressurizes refrigerant into hot, high-pressure vapor, which dissipates heat via the condenser. A high-static-pressure centrifugal fan exhausts this heat through ducts along the cabinet walls. After cooling and throttling, the refrigerant enters a plate heat exchanger to absorb heat from the coolant. The cooled coolant is then circulated to the battery pack for cell cooling, completing a closed loop.

1.Top-mounted heat dissipation and exhaust, effectively reducingnoise


传统工商业储能系统的整机噪音主要由冷凝风扇噪音决定,由于散热面积的限制,温控系统通常采用高转速轴流冷凝风扇,使得整个系统噪音高达80dB以上。超静音工商业液冷储能系统创新性地将散热风扇安装在柜体内部,对噪声源进行隔绝,整个系统的噪音直接降到60dB以内。

The conventional system's overall noise, often exceeding 80 dB, stems largely from its high-speed axial condenser fans. In contrast, the ultra-quiet liquid-cooled system reduces noise to below60 dB by containing the fan within the cabinet, thereby isolating the primary noise source.


二、节省安装面积,减小热岛效应

2. Saves Installation Space and Reduces Heat Island Effect


传统工商业储能系统由于需要保证足够的出风距离散热,机柜无法做到背靠背安装,占地面积大。超静音液冷工商业储能系统内部布置散热风道,将热量通过散热风道从柜体顶部导到环境中,无需单独增加出风距离,可实现机柜的肩并肩背靠背安装,大大减小占地面积,而且顶部出风,可以有效降低场站热岛效应,有效提高液冷机组工作效率和运维人员的工作环境。

Traditional industrial and commercial energy storage systems require significant exhaust clearance, preventing back-to-back installation and occupying more space. In contrast, the ultra-quiet liquid-cooled system uses internal heat dissipation ducts to release heat directly from the top of the cabinet. This eliminates the need for rear clearance, enables flexible side-by-side and back-to-back arrangement, and significantly reduces the overall footprint. Additionally, top-exhaust heat dissipation helps mitigate on-site heat island effects, enhances cooling efficiency, and improves the working environment for maintenance personnel.
