2026年1月,泰铂科技正式推出第三代 “重力热管自然冷却 GHP Free-cooling”液冷机组。该产品依托公司自有重力热管系统发明专利(专利号:ZL.201210378658.7,发明名称:机房用热管空调系统及其控温方法),创新性地将重力热管技术与传统液冷系统深度融合,为储能场站、数据中心等场景提供高效低碳的温控解决方案。

In January 2026, Taybo officially launched the third-generation ' GHP Free-cooling' liquid cooling unit. This product, based on the company's proprietary gravity heat pipe system invention patent (Patent No.: ZL.201210378658.7, Invention Name: Heat Pipe Air Conditioning System for Computer Rooms and Its Temperature Control Method), innovatively integrates gravity heat pipe technology with traditional liquid cooling systems, providing efficient and low-carbon temperature control solutions for scenarios such as energy storage and data

一、工作原理 working Principle

重力热管(又称热虹吸管)是一种无需额外动力的高效传热装置,自然冷却系统与主系统共享板换、风机,仅需新增一个冷凝器即可实现双系统协同,而且热管回路与压缩机制冷回路完全独立、互不干扰,只要系统回液温度高于环境温度,热管系统即可自动启动,获取自然冷量。

A gravity heat pipe (thermosiphon) is a highly efficient heat transfer device that requires no additional power. The natural cooling system shares the plate heat exchanger and fans with the main system, requiring only the addition of a condenser to achieve dual-system synergy. Moreover, the heat pipe circuit and the compressor refrigeration circuit are completely independent and do not interfere with each other. As long as the system's return liquid temperature is higher than the ambient temperature, the heat pipe system can automatically start up to capture natural cooling capacity.

The heat pipe system operates preferentially in low-temperature environments, significantly improving comprehensive energy efficiency and addressing the low-temperature startup challenges of traditional liquid cooling equipment. Taking the Frankfurt region as an example, the unit's gravity heat pipe can stably operate for 5,160 hours annually, with each unit achieving annual energy savings of 46,318 kWh and an energy-saving rate of up to 66%, directly saving $11,441 in electricity costs per year. (Based on actual measured data from multiple global climate zones, from Helsinki (55% energy-saving rate) to Paris (33% energy-saving rate), this unit can achieve significant energy savings under various climatic conditions. The cumulative energy savings over 10 years can reach up to 463,180 kWh in Frankfurt.)

机组内置半封闭式排气储液水箱,实现1分钟快速加液排气,避免冷冻液酸化问题,延长冷冻液使用寿命,减少更换频次与运维成本。

The unit features a built-in semi-enclosed exhaust and liquid storage tank, enabling rapid liquid filling and exhaust within 1 minute. This avoids coolant acidification issues, extends the coolant's service life, and reduces replacement frequency and maintenance costs.
