The cooling medium with constant pressure and flow rate is lifted by the main circulation pump of the containerized cooling station, continuously flows through the temperature control device, and enters the outdoor heat exchange equipment. The heat emitted by the cooled device is exchanged in the outdoor heat exchange equipment, and the cooled medium then enters the cooled device, forming a closed circulating cooling system.

       

The containerized cold station can be designed with a water treatment bypass, which is connected in parallel to the main circulation loop. A portion of the pre-set total flow rate of the cooling medium flows through the ion exchanger to continuously purify the ions that may precipitate in the pipeline. The deionized water treatment circuit merges with the cooling medium of the main circulation circuit at the inlet of the main circulation pump through an automatic constant pressure device. The replenishment device connected to the ion exchanger and the automatic constant pressure device maintain the filling and isolation of the cooling medium in the system pipeline.


The various electromechanical units and sensors in the containerized cold station are automatically monitored and operated by PLC, and real-time communication between humans and machines is achieved through the user-friendly interface of the operation panel.


The operating parameters and alarm information of the containerized cold station are instantly transmitted to the controller, and the containerized cold station can be remotely controlled through the controller.


In order to control the temperature of the cooling water entering the containerized cold station, the control system of the outdoor heat exchange equipment will automatically adjust the operating conditions of the outdoor heat exchange equipment according to the signal sent by the cooling water temperature sensor, as the outdoor temperature and the power of the cooled components change during operation, to ensure that the outdoor heat exchange equipment is in the optimal operating condition and achieve the purpose of controlling the water temperature.
